Warranty Policy
All cell-powered watches come with a 1-year warranty on watch movement (machinery).
1. Warranty Covers
- Watch movement (machinery) defects
- Manufacturing faults in the internal mechanism
- Watch stops working (cell only)
- Machinery-related issues, such as dislodged needles or sticks
2. Warranty Does Not Cover
- Scratches, dents, or damage due to misuse or accidents
- Water damage (unless specified as waterproof)
- Wear and tear on straps, bracelets, or clasps (PVC, leather, metal, etc.)
- Damage from unauthorised repairs or tampering
- Cosmetic issues such as fading colour or minor daily-use marks
